This is one of my favourite tofus! Although my favourite brand is Tofoo, Cauldron has

interesting products, like the marinated pieces. I prefer these to the smoked ones honestly, as they’re more “spongy” and flavoursome rather than bland and “rubbery”. I usually eat these pieces as they are - cold - or cook them when making stir fry rice with veggies.

I like their taste, which I can’t quite place: some sort of soy sauce with a gingery/zesty note.

You can find this product pretty much everywhere and its price is usually between £2-2.50, often discounted to 1.50. A must have!

I struggle to marinate raw tofu well, but this is just amazing!! Will be featuring

in tonight's dinner!! I love all the flavours - coriander, paprika, ginger, mace, onion, garlic, turmeric are among the many flavours, and are all so complementary!! #veganin2020

I made a nice sweet chilli stir fry with Cauldron marinated tofu pieces, but I

think I would prefer to just use whole tofu and chop it up myself as this tofu has a slightly strange taste #willows

I use the smoked tofu as substitute of bacon to make my Vegarbonara (vegan carbonara)

and it's perfect 😍😋 #veganisnotscary

First attempt with Tofu (I'm a Tempeh boy) and this wasn't bad. Coated using the

BOSH! Spiced Panko kit, then given a katsu style sauce. Nice little snack
