Large Slices

I’d read and heard some pretty encouraging things about this vegan cheese but I was still a bit sceptical I have to say. Vegan cheese has a distinct taste across the board and a slightly (well very) sticky texture when melted so I was expecting something along those lines regardless of people saying it wasn’t like your typical vegan cheese.
Anyway, I am pretty impressed. There’s no doubt that it is vegan but as far as taste and texture go, it’s the best I’ve come across yet. It makes amazing cheese on toast, melts great and bubbles up and it does taste really good.
Feels like we are finally getting somewhere with vegan cheeses :)

I saw lots of hype about this cheese and so had to try it. It is very smelly, my whole fridge stunk for days. This may sound silly but even as a vegetarian I was never keen on just straight cheese I found it strong and overpowering and would have to have it in a meal. The smell is a little off putting but it tastes like the most accurate cheese yet. It slightly melted in a toastie so can imagine it melts pretty well on a burger in the oven. It was difficult to pull a whole slice up without it crumbling apart however if you do it carefully you can. But best cheese on crackers I’ve had in ages!

Love love love it! Before I was vegan cathedral city was my cheese, never found a vegan cheese I liked until now! I can stomach toasted cheese sandwiches again lol 😂

I really like the cathedral city cheese! I do find the slices the worst value out of the three however they are super easy to use when doing a grilled bagel or toastie etc!

STINKY CHEESE! This smells so bad! But, the taste and texture is exactly how I remember Cathedral cheese to be.
