this was AMAZING! i did not expect it to be so good and i’m normally not a fan of carrot cake. it comes frozen so you thaw it out for a few hours and it is delicious! honestly tasted homemade, really moist and had dried fruit in it which i enjoyed, i normally do not! it’s also a cute little size, maybe 4 generous servings but can easily feed over 5 people.

Huge hit on Easter! The frosting has so much flavor but not overly sweet. Thaws nicely and is a moist cake. So good.
Amazing! This carrot cake was absolutely delicious! I couldn’t believe it when I saw the word “vegan” as I was strolling past these frozen cakes at Aldi. Carrot cake had been my absolute favorite cake long long before I was vegan or even a vegetarian. Maybe that was hinting something way back then 😉. I unfortunately had not treated myself to baking my own, or even finding a vegan version of a carrot cake until now…even though it definitely crosses my mind to have a local bakery bake me a big one whenever my birthday rolls around. I’m so glad I picked this one up to treat myself. It was perfectly sweet, fluffy, and rich in such a great way! Carrot 🥕 flavor stood out in just the perfect amount. The cream cheese frosting was amazing as well, it was thick, creamy and super sweet. I loved it. Coconut shavings on top works really well too. For such an incredible taste, this one was surprisingly only $8. YES! This carrot cake is DELICIOUS. I'm honestly very shocked that frozen carrot cake could taste so good. It's the perfect texture, sweetness and the frosting is delicious. You can find these at Aldi! I would definitely give one a try.
