After searching for chocolates in a lot of stores, I found this dark chocolate. It's manufactured by Cargill Chocolate Products, a Belgian company. It's delicious and just contains 15% sugar. The product doesn't say it's vegan, but I think it is based on the translation of the ingredient list.
