Pretty sure there is little nutrition in this but you know, sometimes you just need a quick snack or easy dinner. Or want a break from adulting. It's sugary sweet and I enjoy every bite. LOL

I couldn’t find vegan crisp rice cereal to make crisp rice treats, so I decided to use Cap’n Crunch instead. It. Was. Incredible. So freaking delicious. I may never use crisp rice cereal again!
I'm an adult but this is in my top 2 favorite cereals. It's delicious. I highly doubt it's nutritious. But the Cap'n is right - it is cruncharific!
