Regarding #wholegrains, one of my favorites to cook with is fragrant brown #basmati rice. 🌾😌 Unfortunately, most rices which are internationally shipped tend to have high carbon emissions attached. Lundberg Family Farms is great for its #sustainability, especially as their manufacturing facilities are 100% powered and offset by #renewableenergy and the packages can be terracycled. ☀️♻️ I suppose the main drawback is it’s just not as fragrant. 😅 One reliable trick though (if you have the time) is to soak the basmati rice beforehand for 30-45 minutes and then cook it. Other than that, it’s for an affordable price and is great for #buddhabowls and #curry. I’d definitely recommend #lundberg if you live in the U.S. 👍 #veganfortheplanet #ecofriendly #brownrice
