We had this exquisite brut #cava at Nadodi where we were having an early Valentine's dinner. I thought the body was really flavourful for a dry, and I absolutely loved it 😋 Unfortunately I didn't get a snap of the bottle 😬 Even more unfortunately, Nadodi's spectacular nine-course vegetarian degustation menu is not something that they can veganise 😭 That's a real shame because this place is outstanding, one of Asia's best 50 according to Prestige. So this tipple is all that I have to show for it 😑
