Very yummy! I made this and put half of it in the freezer. I also
double the spinach Bc I felt like I needed more veggies in my life. Yummy. Not quite curry… but still yummy.

This one is probably my favorite because of how creative it is. This one takes
things curry style, which totally rocks. I’m a huge curry fan, so this came as a tasty surprise.
