The texture is lighter than ice cream, probably because of the almond milk being more watery. But it’s still scoopable and tasty. The oreo pieces don’t taste exactly like real Oreos to me. I would have guessed they were a generic brand of chocolate sandwich cookies. My non vegan family (including ice cream loving children) said it was good. No complaints and they couldn’t tell it was vegan.
