These were a hit! And if I remember correctly, they used to not be vegan and now they are which is awesome! Love the breading to mushroom ratio and the garlic seasoning. Good on its own, doesn’t even need a sauce or dip

These are a great side and have been lovely to have with other Christmas party food! They’re really cheap at £1.25 for 400g and it’s quite nice that you get a variety of sizes. I have found that the batter does stick to the baking tray, even when I turn them half way through cooking. I wouldn’t say they have a garlicky taste though which is disappointing. These are basically just battered button mushrooms
Surprised that this is vegan! Was expecting this to have dairy. Tastes decent! Pan fried it and did not find it very crispy. Perhaps it needs to be deep fried or air fried.
