Despite its humble appearance this is actually a very nice soup. It’s lovely and thick and tasty. I can see carrots and onions mixed in with the red lentils. It’s got a decent amount of protein and fibre in it and is also low fat, so it’s an all round winner. ALDIs own brand so great value too.
