Crunchy Kale: Vampire Killer

What a cool concept, a bit like what people do with seaweed I'm the Far

East. I like the crunch and even the leafy aftertaste, though I must say the name is rather misleading. This is not at all spicy, in fact I'd characterise it as predominantly sour.

Good source of vegetables for a snack but I’d rather just have some kale salad.

The consistency of these snacks is just not for me. It gets stuck in my teeth but the flavor is good.
