This boulgour form « Bosto » is super good and easy to

make. Each plastic packet contains 75g and it is ready in 10 min, yes I don’t like that it is in plastic but it makes the process faster, especially when you d’ont have time.

Here I add :
• carrot
• pepper
• potato
• zucchini
• chives
• onion
• spices
• olive oil
• lettuce
