How amazing is it that we now have access to vegan cakes at super markets!?! Vegan cakes use to be reserved to expensive bakeries and home baking exclusively. However, not any more with the delicious Bosh! Range!

Really good overall! Light and fluffy sponge. A good amount of citrus flavour, and not too heavy on the icing.
