Would not relate this to fish in in any way, maybe more similar to a long thin meatloaf. Did not enjoy the flavour. I wish it was good cause it was a good concept, would like to have a nice fish fillet substitute.

Brilliant fish free fillet! Is slightly dry, and the texture is definitely closer to tofu than an actual fish fillet, but the taste is super accurate and very realistic! Smells amazing while cooking as well.
Personally I have found it difficult finding fish alternatives and I really enjoyed coming across this version. Nicely high in protein it has a very similar texture to fish. The taste is delicious but not as alike a fish. Would eat it again for sure!
