Bread crumbs

I normally make my own but this is a good option to have in the cupboard

I use this as a thickener for tofu dishes. Works decently well

These are a very affordable and good quality bread crumbs. Perfect to coat veggies and bake to make a tempura style.

This I used once when trying to crumb cauliflower "wings"
