I ate these with ketchup and hot sauce. They were hitting the spot good. I

took a picture when I realized I forgot to take a picture. I’d buy again and they were about $6.

Really good! They taste like healthier chicken nuggets and the breading is more of a

breadcrumb style, kind of like their chick’n patties. They were okay in the microwave but I know they’ll be better in a frying pan with some oil (I was too hungry and impatient to fry them). Definitely worth the try!

I picked this up at Segals on Saint-Laurent. I stocked up because the we’re on

sale for 1$ and you get 12 nugs per back so that’s like 0.08$/nugg! Taste is good, comparable to Yves Vege Cusine nuggets. High in protein, 14 grams for 4 pieces. #stillnotproteindeficient #dogsofabv

Good and easy! Plus, lower fat than most. Add Buffalo sauce for a snack. #uplandspeak
