This is my go-to / ride or die baking flour. I use this in almost all of my baked goods, including cakes, muffins, cookies, and bread. It makes cakes turn out incredible! I love that the flour is still nice and soft for #pastry baking, but it's also stone ground white wheat, so it has a better #nutritional profile.
