Whole Golden Flaxseed

Every so often, I gotta make a recipe that calls for a flax egg so

I usually keep this Bob’s Red Mill Whole Golden Flaxseed on hand! Having the whole flax is nice because it allows for the option to use as is or grind up for things like flax eggs too (a mini coffee grinder works great)! 🧁🥚 #veganisnotscary

One of my go-to trusted brands for lots of stuffs (nutritional yeast, oats etc) especially

when they're on offer. Bought the whole ones and grind a container of it myself because the ground ones gets rancid quite quickly. Can't say about it taste because I find flaxseeds to be tasteless, just like chia seeds.

Always add them to my oats or smoothies, superpacked nutrition booster!
