Vital Wheat Gluten

So last night i made Seitan Tortas! First time making seitan since i found vital wheat gluten at my store and i’m amazed at how easy it was! I think i need to modify the recipe i used a little but i will be making this again :) #veganisnotscary

I have made vegan pepperoni and vegan sausage with this vital wheat gluten, and you would be surprised what kind of meaty sausages you come up with! Also great for vegan cold cuts
