Love the healthy benefits of flaxseed meal. I usually throw this into any foods at
home that I can like cereal, smoothies, pancakes, etc. Also great when Iām baking! šš½

Flaxseed meal is a staple. Put this in smoothies or on yogurt with cereal
or I use it in my oatmeal (6mls) or even add this to tomato soup to thicken and add nutrition. I find it aids in digestion (Iāve got no medical proof), I just feel better or you can use the whole seeds as an egg substitute.

We use this as egg replacement in some foods. 3TBS flaxseed to 1TBS water- let
it sit for a few minutes to thicken up a bit and stir it in whatever youāre baking. No taste as it just works as a binder. I donāt bake much so not sure if it works for everything. I mostly mix it in peanut butter cookie mix and it works great!
