are filling although not a lot protein per serving. My only complaint is a bar is two servings. I would prefer single serving pack.
on volunteer day. It is dense and rather dry, but tasty with chocolate chips in every bite. At 340 calories though, I'm going to need more than 6 grams of protein. So I don't think this will be a repeat purchase.
I was on produce prep duty today so the second picture is some of this week's snack plates for the chickens and roosters. FYI we boil their eggs and crush them up to replenish their nutrients, so they are getting plenty of protein. I also put together snack buckets for the big and little pigs, full of juicy fruit and carrots. A good days work!
