I know it looks like we ate out a lot while on our Utah and
Colorado trip, but we did cook at the Air B&B too! We made a delish roasted veggie and potato sheet pan meal with balsamic chickpeas (chicken sausage for non-vegans) and topped with creamy garlic hummus! I always prefer to make my own hummus, but since we were on vacation and I didn’t have all the ingredients, store-bought was a convenient option. This hummus was smooth, creamy, garlicy, and topped with toasted sesame seeds! It was a lovely addition to our cozy meal, which we ate while working on a puzzle together!
