This product has what I’ve been craving for years in vegan cheeze: sharpness and bold flavour! It’s so good! I paired it with basic crackers and vegan creton. Perfect for a vegan cheese board with omni folks that complain vegan cheeze all tastes like plastic. Next time: gotta pair it with some white wine 🤤

Incredibly delicious! One of the best cultures cashew cheeses I've ever had. Perfect on crackers... Or just eat on its own. It doesn't melt, but it was still nice in a grilled cheese sandwich.
