Servi como aperitivo com azeitonas e tomate cereja. Precisei acostumar com a textura, que no começo lembrou a de um chiclete. Mas com relação ao sabor nada contra.

I feel like vegan cheeses are improving and this one is a good example of that! Like the taste, but a little expensive!
