Black Eyed Beans

I don’t often buy black eyed peas (beans!) but my #sainsburys nectar offer gave me ten extra points for buying them, so who am I to say no? 😆 They’re quick to heat up and went great in the soup I had and great with the quinoa, lentil, sweet potato and Brussels sprouts dish I made.
