Black Cat Pasta

We loaded up on Halloween pasta shapes this year! These black cats, colored with spinach, were too cute to resist. Threw together a spontaneous pasta in sauce with veg that turned out quite amazing. Remind me again…“What do vegans even eat?” #veganisnotscary
