Who knew black beans could taste like gooey yummy chocolate brownies while adding fiber rather than excessive calories and sugar! Bush’s are my favorite brand for all beans, but I prefer their black beans in bowls, soups, tacos, everything Mexican and now a healthier version of brownies! Found several recipes online but love this one with 2 cans of black beans, makes 16 brownies that really satisfy my sweet tooth. I sometimes top with mini vegan chocolate chips or nuts, freeze them and indulge without guilt!

My favorite brand for consistently good quality. I use black beans in all my Mexican dishes, from burritos to tortilla soup, and they never disappoint. They’re also amazing in a healthier version of creamy dark chocolate brownies! They’re actually undetectable but it’s a good way to increase fiber while indulging in a rich dessert!
