Ita: la consistenza e l'aspetto ricordano molto quella dei bastoncini di pesce. Il sapore non ricorda il pesce ed è abbastanza neutro, forse un po' amaro per i miei gusti. Nel complesso non male Eng: concistency and aspect are similar to those of the ones made with fish. The taste is not similar to fish and is quite neutral, maybe a little bit too bitter for me. Generally speaking, not bad.
