Yummy & easy to make. Wouldn’t know it was vegan and nice smooth texture

It doesn't look or taste like a hollandaise sauce, but it's still a pretty good sauce for asparagus. 🙂

Ich habe sie mit Sojamilch zubereitet und sie ist richtig gut geworden!! Vielleicht ein wenig mehr Milch hinzufügen, bei mir war sie eine Spur zu fest, aber ansonsten ein Traum zu Spargel und Kartoffeln. ca 1,5€; Denn‘s Biomarkt

Vegan sauce hollandaise, which is normally made with eggs. Matches great with asparagus and potatoes. Could be a little cheaper though. Tastes very good nonetheless.
