I personally like beer nutritional yeast more. This is a regular nutritional yeast and tastes

like yeast. I can recommend it.

This is not the best brand for nutritional yeast. It's muxed with riceflour and is

not just 100% yeast extract

I’ve had other nutritional yeast that tastes better but this one is still good.
