A necessary vitamin for vegans so why not take one that tastes good too? Nice
orangy flavour and dissolves easy under the tongue.

Found the Solgar better value for money as there are 100 nuggets in their bottle
and a higher concentration on B12 per dose.
These do have a pleasant orange taste.

I love these :) they’re a sublingual B12 supplement. And they’re affordable! Around R95 if
I recall correctly. And they have a pleasant orange flavour
