I was asked to melt it but I didn't and damn it tasted intense and

sharp, bit like cheddar! Nice thick, protein texture (not heavy on the soy flavour) so I highly recommend this as a starter for non-vegans.

Loved it. Just made cheese prata with it. Cheaper than other brands. Melts just fine.

This is actually quite good!! Bought from Cold Storage. Has the cheese taste. Made burger

with this but didn't melt the cheese. Wondering if it'll taste good with melted cheese.

Dk what to do with the remaining slices. Anyone has any suggestions?

The flavor is more subtle than the vegan cheddar cheese of the same brand. Nevertheless,

it is a decent cheese and the packaging made it easy to seal and store. #abillionlove
