This cheese is advertised as halloumi but it’s insanely good as Parmesan cheese grated on any of your favourite pasta dishes. It’s a very hard cheese and crumbles well. Give it a try! It last a very long time in the fridge when opened as long as it’s in a sealed container.

It did have quite a nice cheesy flavour but definitely doesn’t qualify as halloumi the consistency is all wrong! Nice cheese though

Pre soaked it which I wouldn't do next time. Cooked in pan. Creamy consistency, not squeaky like dairy halloumi. Good flavour
