Troppo buono! La confezione è fichissima, ha l'involucro esterno come i salami ma è in

stoffa. Si affetta bene ed ha un sapore ottimo, per me è perfetto per condire pizza e panini.

Die Salami wurde in einem Tuch geräuchert und sie schmeckt ziemlich würzig und auch recht

authentisch.
Sie hat eine etwas weichere Konsistenz, als "richtige" Salami, aber dennoch lässt sie sich gut schneiden.

I noticed it for the first time at the local supermarket and of course I

had to try it. The packaging is a bit complicated (a sort of tissue plus the outside plastic) and I frankly find the smell better and more intensive than the taste. Having said that, I used it more for cooking and it conferred a smoky, salty taste to my dishes.

Decent Salami. But nothing in comparison to the Verdino one.
Also, I like the slices better,

because it can be a bit tricky to cut, they won't be smooth, and the skin sticks to the product. These are minor downsides though. It tastes pretty good and I'd probably buy again.
