These sausages are dense, they’re good but you have to love your “wurst” or be in the mood for something heavier.
These were on the spicier side which made it even better bec i love spicy food. It’s fresh and so good too
I really liked these. The texture was nice, definitely had a few seedy piece instead of just being "meaty". Being pan fried didn't dry them out. I ate mine hot dog style, but I think it would be better suited for a breakfast hash or stir fry dish.
