Found at Tesco in the chilled aisle for £4.20, these #enchiladas have been tempting me for a while. They only take 25 minutes in the oven and then they’re ready to eat. They were ok. Not a ton of flavor, but a decent lunch or dinner. The enchiladas had a bean, sweet potato, cabbage, and rice filling. #tesco #wicked #wickedkitchen #quickandeasy

These are really nice. Spicy filling which there is plenty of, sweet potatoes rice and sweetcorn and a Mexican salsa. Oven bake and serve with a nice salad. Yum.
Onii chan's enchiladas, very tasty. Tex Mex comfort food? Would defos recommend for everyone. Like to support wicked anyways, they seem good. :) 4/3/22
