Deliziosa! Questa insalata russa 100% vegetale è buonissima e non ha nulla da invidiare alla corrispettiva onnivora. Le verdure sono ben cotte, non si spappolano e restano croccanti. La maionese è più chiara rispetto a quella contenente uovo, ma il sapore è molto gustoso, con quel retrogusto acidulo molto sullo sfondo. Peccato che non sia così semplice da trovare perché è presente solo in pochi supermercati 📍iper la grande I #veganisnotscary
Mangiata anche questa a Natale, mi è piaciuta molto. Solitamente però acquisto quella fresca del reparto gastronomia Esselunga.
