So grateful to Costco for carrying these organic vegan potstickers. You can make as many

as you want and they are super delicious without having to spend so much money at the Chinese takeout!

I’m in a potsticker dumpling phase rn🥟 these are good (however the Trader Joe’s ones

I had the other day are better). I like the filling. Not sure if I cooked them right - might have been a little too high on the heat for the pan fry. Turned out crispy but still good. Maybe I’ll try boiling them next time. Great for a warm snack, appetizer, or part of a meal with rice or something. Swipe for nutrition info!

Ya sea al vapor o fritas, estas empanadas saben deliciosas, a mi me gusta echarles

soya y limón. #libresalfin

Taste is pretty good EXCEPT the giant ass edamame beans they put in there. It's

an unpleasant textural experience. I also got a giant piece of raw stringy ginger in a bite. Wrappers taste good, a little chewy with the microwave method (probably the worst cooking method for these). Also the servings per container is a lie. There were only 21 potstickers in both bags I bought, so it's closer to 5 servings than 6. If you use their suggestion of making 7 at a time, then you only get 3 real servings in each package.
I will not be repurchasing. There are way better brands with more product, better flavor, and cheaper price to get the job done.
