I believe these were good. We had them in like a “Beef Wellington” so

full of mushrooms, peas and a “beef” gravy sauce that I wasn’t sure when I ate the tips but the dish my husband made was so good, we topped it on top of mashed potatoes. Pasta would work instead of the mashed potatoes. Anyway, it was an awesome vegan dish.

This beyond steak is amazing I made it with roasted vegetable and homemade avocado sauce.

Roasted veggies was :
Russel Sprouts
Potatoes
Sweet Jams
They were all baked with adobo seasoning

Beyond steak was just a little low sodium soy sauce, garlic powder and onion powder and that was all.
