You should slow cook these. Soft and delicious. Cooked them with some Roma tomatoes and bell peppers.

I found these Beyond Sausages for a much lower price than usual so I decided to grab them. I would have gotten a spicier one if it was available.
I like the taste and texture of this product. My husband is always impressed.
I like that they are thicker than regular veggie sausages like Yves and Tofurky. Yves is always an easy go-to for me all around for price, selection, and what's available in more places. The Beyond meat stuff I get every now and then and enjoy it when I do.
This one can fill you up nicely if you're feeling hungry without feeling like it's too heavy.

Oh my! The Beyond Sausage is beyond amazing. What perfect flavour. Exactly like Italian sausage. I used it to replace ground meat in spaghetti sauce. My family didn’t complain. They actually liked it. 🙌🏾 Another meatless meal for the monthly rotation.
I did make a mistake though. I used a little avocado oil to fry them. I then sliced them up and browned them a bit before throwing in the sauce. There is so much fat in them that next time I won’t add oil at all. This made it way too greasy as they springs oil as they cook. I would have given 5 stars but there is a lot of fat. Definitely more than 5 stars on flavour!
I can’t wait to eat them again!
