Beyond Burger Meatballs

I recreated a dish I had at a restaurant. Beyond meatballs with rigatoni, pesto, grape tomatoes and fresh basil. I originally had impossible meatballs and I think I prefer them slightly better. But still a good taste!

These are a bit high in fat, but their taste makes up for? is worth it? is due to? this fat content 😅. Tendency to ooze pink juice when heated. My (non-vegan) sister agreed that this was a pretty good meat substitute in terms of resemblance to meat. #veganmeatballs #veganmeat

Molto buono il sapore, un po’ troppo salato e unto. Consistenza pazzesca.

Avevo già provato i burger e stavolta ho optato per le polpette. Devo dire molto buone, le ho fatte semplici al sugo. Stessa consistenza morbida delle polpette di carne e gusto simile per quanto mi ricordo . I bought this product frozen from Heron Foods for 69p. They are really delicious and tasty. But they are very oily. I would definitely buy again, even at full price.
