I really enjoyed the taste of this. It has a meaty taste without being too
salty like some other "beef" products. It was easy to cook- just heat it on a pan the same way that beef is cooked making it easy for people to switch to plant based. The texture was fine but maybe a little on the soft side.
This is high in protein and I like that it's supplemented with vitamins that may be lacking in a vegan diet like B12 and Zinc.
I used half of this to make stuffed peppersđ« and the other half will be used either for enchiladas or lasagna.

Had beyond tacos tonight! It was really tasty. Years ago, I didnât like the beyond
ground beef but theyâve change the recipe & itâs so much better. Iâm happy cause I had the chance to taste some samples at Escapade Music Festival. There was a Beyond Meat food truck giving free samples to everyone. Also the guys that were working at the food truck were super nice & friendly. I had a talk about veganism with one of them that was already on a transition to go vegan (I hope my tips will make him go 100% vegan very soon).đ€đ»âșïž
