La mia bevanda vegetale preferita. La base è data dal farro e dal riso, a cui è aggiunta la nocciola. È semplicemente droga: la consistenza è abbastanza cremosa, dolce al punto giusto, si avverte la nocciola (non è scontato😂) e monta che è una meraviglia, sia a caldo che a freddo. Se devo trovargli un ma è che non è addizionato in calcio, ma per il resto chapeau. Il prezzo è altamente variabile a seconda di dove viene acquistato (Lidl, Coop, Mercatò) 🥶
La nocciola si sente ed è un po' dolcino, quindi consiglio di utilizzarlo per preparazioni dolci, io l'ho usato per il porridge
