Just add 100g of vegan butter and 1 flax-egg. So easy to work with and love the end result!

Pretty good mix. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that I used the egg replacer powder thing or it’s because I might have done something else wrong. But they didin’t come out as fluffy/soft as I wanted them to. Def will try giving it a go another time. Ps: fam found them a tad bit too sweet, and I’d have to agree.
This cookie mix is actually vegan in and of itself. All you need to do is sub vegan butter for butter & a flax egg for a chicken egg! Super quick & easy cookies when you don’t feel like actually baking but still want a nice warm chocolate chip cookie. 🍪
