When they said this is super moist they were not lying; I made a cake with this mix and I don't know if it was because of the egg substitute I used or what, but the texture was very soft. Tasted pretty good though.

This is a decent cake mix - I love that it’s accidentally vegan so non-vegans can’t say a peep about it tasting different. I used Crack’d in place of eggs and oatly in place of milk. Came out very soft.

I made this with 300ml of soda water. Best cake ever and so simple! 100% fool proof.
