The texture it’s really interesting. Kind of like a sinewy tougher burger. I think they made it have grill marks because I pan fried it and it had them. So that was kind of cool. Definitely closer to a beyond burger than a impossible ! But cooks faster. About 2-3 mins each side. I almost burned them it was so fast to cook.
