Made a really tasty fresh homemade bruschetta with this common EVOO I normally dismiss. Also used fresh basil from my porch garden, chunky chopped Roma tomatoes, dried oregano, finely chopped red onion, diced garlic confit, salt, pepper, and balsamic. It was really good. The EVOO had a very nice olive flavor at a good price. I mostly just wanted to share this to show off my pretty bruschetta 🤓
