Berry Peach Pie

I have been on the quest to find tasty vegan gluten free baked goods. Although I am not gluten sensitive, I have friends who are vegan with celiac disease. I believe in inclusivity. I am not going to host a party and divide the food into different categories. Today I found @raisedglutenfree pies at the local @wholefoods and @sprouts Although I never had it before, I bought the Berry Peach Pie to try. $19.99 for the 8-inch pie and it's worth every penny. I love how it's not overly sweet. I never liked fruit pies with fruits drenched in sugary goo. This tiny 9 oz #berry #peach #pie from #raisedglutenfree was #berrylicious! I found this at my local #wholefoodsmarket and was hoping to find the larger pie but they only had apple and pumpkin in the larger ones. INGREDIENTS: Peaches, blueberries, blackberries, strawberies, white ice four, soy-tree butery spread (canola oil,, palm oil, water, salt, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, olive oil, lactic acid, annatto extract (color), cane sugar, brown sugar, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, com starch, cream of tartar, baking soda. citric acid. Unfortunately not the healthiest of pies and it does contain palm oil and “natural flavor “ So maybe not one I’ll buy again but glad I tried it. This was such a treat! I love the combination of berries and peaches as well as the crumble topping, and it was especially good with some vanilla ice cream! #wholefoods

The peach and berry flavor is very good. A little tart, a little sweet. The bottom crust was a bit soft, maybe a bit more cooking time. Very good overall.
