It´s quite liquid but it thickens good and it has neutral taste, really playful for flavours.

I like to use this one for cooking instead of cream. It got a nice taste which is not too overpowering (I had that feeling with the soy one). And with 0,99€ it's a resonable price.
It's looks pleasantly white and smooth, not greyish and lumpy like other oat-based products. The taste is kind of neutral. That makes it a good base for a sauce.

Really good for cooking like soups and sauces! The price is okay too.
